Multi-Objective Optimization Design of a Radial-Tangential Built-In Combined Permanent Magnet Pole Generator for Electric Vehicles

چکیده
In this paper, a multi-objective optimization method is proposed to address the problem in process of generator that only specific index can be optimized neglect other performance indices. Based on equivalent magnetic circuit method, mathematical model radial-tangential combined permanent magnet pole established, and expression cogging torque including offset angle derived. The as design variable, no-load induction potential, air-gap flux density, are used targets. relative optimal designs generators based Pareto front statistics defined parameter matching coefficients. Finally, prototype made structural parameters. According experimental results prototype, correctness theoretical analysis effectiveness verified.
